"Amanda has a thorough knowledge of the principles of working from the core and she teaches those principles with clarity and patience, and she creates a soothing, relaxing atmosphere in the studio.
I have had a number of Pilates teachers in my 20+ years of dancing, but Amanda is extraordinary! Through her, I have been able to greatly improve the efficiency with which I execute the exercises. As a result, I am strengthening my core muscles without any stress on my spine or neck, which in the past was a constant struggle. Whether you are a novice or an experienced Pilates student, Amanda will guide you to a better, stronger you." (Joan Sanchez, Brattleboro, VT)
"I love your class! Your immediate feedback and descriptions on how to improve my work out are custom tailored to where I am at on any given day."
