The Studio

Equilibrium Pilates offers private, semi-private and group sessions in the studio, at other schools/studios and in-home/office. The studio is located in Brattleboro, VT in the Cotton Mill building.

The Practice

Pilates is a form of mindful exercise and movement that will stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Regular practice of Pilates has many benefits, such as:
